CANTON — The March Frozen Foote marked the final weekend of the 2021 series, which was held virtually due to the pandemic.

Jon French continued a streak as fastest finisher with a time of 21:35. Mac Howison and Jacob Fredericks had the next fastest times of 23:18 and 25:17.

Lyndsay Malcomb, Caitlin Fredericks and Jessica Donnelly reported the fastest women's times of 30:38, 31:25 and 31:27.

In all, 124 runners and walkers earned a long-sleeved T-shirt. Organizers said they had a great turnout for the season and hope to continue with a virtual option when the race returns to its traditional location.

“We continue to monitor Public Health guidance and will announce the details of the 3-part Summer Sunset Series 2021 as we near the second Tuesday of June,” said organizer Suna Stone.
