AKWESASNE — The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) reported a spike in COVID-19 cases today, with eight new cases under the Tribe’s jurisdiction.
The total number of positive cases reported since the pandemic started has now surpassed 100, with 103 total cases since March 28, 2020.
There are now twelve active cases and 45 of Akwesasne community members remain in isolation or quarantine at home, said a press release from the tribe.
The press release said six of community members have successfully resolved over the weekend.
