The U.S. Small Business Administration says small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofits have until Aug. 13 is to file for Federal Economic Injury Disaster loans in New York as a result of excessive rain that began on April 1, 2017.
This disaster declaration includes St. Lawrence, Albany, Cayuga, Chenango, Clinton, Delaware, Erie, Essex, Franklin, Genesee, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Montgomery, Niagara, Oneida, Ontario, Orleans, Otsego, Schenectady, Schoharie, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne and Yates counties.
