LISBON -- A drone was used to rescue a lost child Wednesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Early Wednesday morning St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies received a report of a lost child in a wooded area in Lisbon.
Deputies used their Unmanned Aerial System (drone) at the scene. The child was located within minutes.
"Using our UAS, emergency responders were then directed to her location where she was found uninjured," deputies said.
No other details were provided.
