NORWOOD -- Village officials on Monday put out a statement saying municipal officers will be available to residents who need them.
Any resident of Norwood can contact the Village office at 315-353-2372 option 1 for the mayor or option 2 for the clerk and code enforcement.
They say callers should leave a message and they will get back in touch soon as possible. The office is closed to the public, but people can can make an appointment if necessary.
The DPW can be reached at 315-353-6667. People can leave a message or contact the emergency number.
