NORFOLK — A Norfolk man was charged with menacing a woman with a knife during an alleged domestic dispute on Island Street, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Lucas J. Tebo, no age listed, was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief, officers said.
He allegedly grabbed a woman, while holding a knife in his hand, and also damaged a mirror and wall in the residence, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Potsdam court and released on his own recognizance, police said.
A no harass order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, officers said.
