PARISHVILLE -- A Parishville man was charged after he allegedly broke a windshield following a domestic incident on White Hill Road Dec. 29, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Bryan Kirk, 40, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly struck and broke a windshield belonging to another person.
An order of protection was issued.
Deputies say he was released and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
