CANTON – The St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging is sponsoring a free health and fitness program for senior citizens age 60 and older.
The program is an opportunity to get into shape, increase energy level, have fun and meet new friends.
It will be held at the St. Lawrence University Fitness Center and instructed by fitness professionals. Seniors are urged to join and start feeling the benefits of a regular exercise program.
The six-week program will be offered two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. from Oct. 4 to Nov. 1o
