CANTON — A DeKalb woman who is a registered sex offender now faces 8 counts of failure to register, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Valerie A. Cleveland, 45, was charged following an investigation made to deputies by state parole, officers said.
Cleveland allegedly failed to register 8 different social media accounts and email addresses.
She was arraigned in Canton court and released under the supervision of New York State Department of Corrections awaiting further court proceedings, officers said.
