Now that the primaries are over, Congressman Bill Owens is stepping up his campaign for re-election by releasing a new television advertisement.
In the ad, Owens speaks the economic diversity of the 23rd Congressional District and the importance of job creation and economic development.
The ad features Owens in casual attire speaking to viewers about his plan to improve local economies and create jobs in the district, with improved infrastructure to help connect businesses with their customers, tax breaks for rural businesses to grow and create jobs, and expanding American manufacturing of clean energy components.
The ad began airing Wednesday across the district.
