POTSDAM -- Sherri A. Vaisey, 22, Colton, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance following a County Court indictment.
State police also revealed today that she had been charged last November with fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery, and two counts of first-degree identity theft, all felonies.
The new indictment accuses her of selling ecstasy. A County Court warrant was issued in March.
Vaisey appeared before Judge Richards Tuesday, and was processed for the charge.
