COLTON -- The Colton Amvets Post 262, Ladies Auxiliary and Sons recently donated $300 to the Helping Hands organization located in Hannawa Falls.
The donation will help supplement the organization’s general fund.
Helping Hands, located at 5868 Route 56, is a Christian charity founded in 2003 by a group of individuals led by Cindy Talcott.
Helping Hands provides a wide range of services to Saint Lawrence County residents including food, furniture, appliances, heat, utilities as well as a free community lunch Monday through Thursday at 12 noon.
