COLTON — A Childwold resident was charged Thursday following an alleged domestic dispute, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Frances J. Titus, 55, was charged with second-degree menacing after allegedly brandishing a weapon during a dispute, officers said.
Deputies said that caused another person to fear for his safety.
A no contact order of protection was issued, officers said.
Titus was cited and released.
State police assisted on scene.
