ROSSIE — An Antwerp man was charged Sunday stemming from a complaint made to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies Feb. 23.
Marvin E. Parmeter Jr., no age listed, was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
Deputies allege that Parmeter shoved a child off of a chair which resulted in the child reviving a bruise on the face.
He was issued a ticket returnable to Rossie court at a later date, officers said.
