GOUVERNEUR — A Canton woman was charged with two felonies Saturday following a prison contraband complaint, according to state police.
Jessica A. Eckel, 25, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree introducing dangerous prison contraband, both felonies, at 8:55 a.m., troopers said.
Her arrest status was not made available.
