CANTON — The Canton Village Board has approved its snow and ice removal contract with St. Lawrence County.
The board authorized the mayor to sign off on the contract at their meeting Nov. 18.
At the meeting, Village Mayor Mike Dalton said the contract was basically the same as similar agreements between the village the county signed in the past. The one major change, the mayor said, is that the agreement would be for 5 years instead of an annual contract.
