CANTON -- Nature's Storehouse presented GardenShare with a check for $902 raised during their recent annual Thanksgiving Gratitude Fundraiser.
This year there was also an anonymous $500 matching donor, which brought the total amount raised to $1,402, new record.
All of the proceeds are used for GardenShare’s Bonus Bucks program, which offers a cost sharing arrangement to income-eligible St. Lawrence County residents to purchase either a Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) share, or for purchases at any of the five St. Lawrence County farmers’ markets.
