CANTON – A Canton man was jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail after being charged with second degree burglary and numerous other charges, according to state police.
David A. Ashlaw, 30, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. Saturday at 270 Pyrites-Russell Rd. in connection with an incident in Canton reported on May 17, police said.
He was also charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, third degree grand larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of a hypodermic instrument in connection with an incident in Canton reported on Sept. 7, police said.
