CANTON -- On Thursday, Aug. 6, state police arrested 33-year-old Jay C. Brown of Canton after he allegedly caused over $3,000 in damages to a vehicle.
Troopers say he intentionally splashed a can of paint on a vehicle on July 27 in the town of Canton.
Brown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. He was released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Canton Town Court, troopers said.
