MASSENA — Massena police have charged a Brushton man with multiple felonies following a traffic stop by state police earlier this week. 
Donald E. White, 59, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: stimulant (D Felony) and two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (D Felony), police say.
White was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
