LISBON — A Brier Hill man was charged with a felony after being found in possession of a stolen motorcycle, according to state police.
Daniel M. Strong, 26, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, officers said.
He was also charged with first-offense DWI and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 7:40 a.m., officers said.
