STOCKHOLM — A Brasher man was killed this morning following a car crash on State Highway 11C, according to state police.
Troopers responded around 1:50 a.m. to a report of a motor vehicle crash on State Highway 11C in the town of Stockholm.
An investigation at the scene revealed that a 2008 Saturn operated by Alexander L. Beaudoin, 20, was traveling east on State Highway 11C when his vehicle crossed over into the opposite lane of travel and ran off the north shoulder of the roadway, striking a tree. officers said.
Beaudoin, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene at 2:17 a.m., police said.
His body was transported to the Canton-Potsdam Hospital where an autopsy will be performed.
This crash remains under investigation.
