STOCKHOLM — A Brasher Falls woman was charged with impaired driving Wednesday following investigation of a personal-injury accident July 25, according to state police.
Emily N. Shallow, 26, was charged with first-offense DWI and operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, officers said.
She was cited and released.
