WATERTOWN -- President Bill Clinton will visit Watertown on Monday, Nov. 1 to endorse Congressman Bill Owens and boost his fellow Democrat's re-election campaign.
Owens, who was sent to the U.S. Senate last year in a special election, is running for a full two-year term.
The event, at the Ramada Inn, 6300 Arsenal St., will be free and open to the public. Doors Open at 9:15 AM.
