Another day of hot and humid conditions are expected through the weekend with highs in the mid 80s to mid 90s in St. Lawrence County, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Some scattered thunderstorms and showers are possible today, with some storms potentially producing heavy rain, the service says.
Temps will be in the low 80s today with light winds at 6 mph, the service says. Overnight the low will be around 67.
Saturday will be very hot, with heat index values as high as 92, forecasters say.

A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. Heat index values as high as 92. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 9 mph in the morning.

A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. Southwest wind 10 to 14 mph. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
