CANTON — Two St. Lawrence County inmates were charged Sunday following investigation of an altercation that allegedly took place April 30, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Nathaniel L. Torres, 20, was charged with second-degree assault, felony, officers said.
He was arraigned by Judge Morgan in Canton court and remanded back to county jail.
Also charged as a result of the investigation was 24-year old Devin Johnson. He was charged with second-degree harassment and was cited and released on that charge, officers said.
