BRASHER — An Akwesasne woman was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a personal-injury accident Wednesday morning, according to state police.

Tiffany J. David, 30, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, criminal impersonation, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled subrange and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, officers said.
