Fifty-seven new cases of COVID-19 were reported to St. Lawrence County Public Health today (Friday, Feb. 19), bringing the total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases to-date to 5,782.

Five thousand sixty-nine cases have been released from isolation.
Thirty-six cases are hospitalized.
