St. Lawrence County Public Health Department officials say there were 33 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the county on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

There are 144 active cases with 12 of them hospitalized.

Health officials said 641 cases have been released from isolation and nine have died of the illness.

County hospitals have performed 113,233 tests for COVID-19 as of Tuesday, the most recent date for which data was available. So far, there have been a total of 794 confirmed coronavirus cases in St. Lawrence County.
