20 new cases of COVID reported in St. Lawrence County Wednesday

Twenty new cases of COVID-19 were reported to St. Lawrence County Public Health today (Wednesday, April 14), bringing the total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases to-date to 6,933.

One hundred seventy-one cases are active; visit https://www.stlawco.org/ to check out the COVID-19 Cases by Town map layouts.

To date, 6,668 cases have been released from isolation.

Six cases are hospitalized.

Ninety-four deaths have occurred; this fatality data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on April 13 before 2 p.m.

Public Health said 283,716 COVID-19 tests have been performed as of April 12; this testing data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on April 13 before 2 p.m.

Testing is being done through both St. Lawrence Health Systems and Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Testing is by appointment only.
