OGDENSBURG -- Jeremy M. Zamyslowski, 35, Ogdensburg, was charged May 11 for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop. He was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, city police said.
Jarrod A. Oshier, 23, Norfolk, was charged May 11 on two City Court arrest warrants for second degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Oshier was released on an appearance ticket in City Court on May 25, city police said.
