CANTON -- Wednesday Duathlons will be held on the third Wednesday of May, June, July, August and September on the Little River in Canton, adjacent to the campus of St. Lawrence University.
The duathlon consists of a 1.25 mile run, a 1.25 mile paddle and is completed by another 1.25 mile run. The start and finish line is located near the Little River Boat Launch at the Park Street (CR 27) Bridge. Teams consisting of paddlers and runners, or solo participants are welcome.
Race registration is free and opens at 5:30 p.m. The duathlons begin at 6:30 p.m.
