POTSDAM, N.Y.—SUNY Potsdam women’s hockey player Emilee Hazelden has been named to the ECAC West honor roll for the week ending Jan. 22.
Hazelden, a freshman, recorded the first three points of her Bears career in two ties with Utica College over the weekend. The forward notched an assist in a 3-3 home draw against the Pioneers on Jan. 21. She then broke out for the first two goals of her career in a 4-4 tie at Utica on Jan. 22.
Hazelden has her three points in six games with Potsdam this season.
The Bears (7-7-3, 4-7-3 ECAC West) are 3-0-2 in their last five games and sit in fifth place in the conference. Potsdam is off this week before heading to Neumann College for two games with the Knights on Feb. 4-5.
