(Canton, N.Y.) - The SUNY Canton women's soccer team hosted nearly 150 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders from Canton Pee Wee Soccer for a clinic on their home field.
Head coach Kate Thomas-Moody and her team set up stations around the Roos' turf field and they worked with the kids on passing, shooting, dribbling, and other skills. The kids scrimmaged each other at several stations and the women's team acted as coaches.
To the crowds' delight Roody the Roo made an appearance, worked with the kids and even took a few shots in goal.
