ECAC Hockey has announced that St. Lawrence University forward Kelly Sabatine has earned All-Conference honors for the first time in her collegiate career.

Sabatine, who led St. Lawrence in scoring this season with 34 points (15g,19a) in 32 games, was named to the conference's Third Team.  The Hamilton, ON native, who had three game-winning goals in her sophomore year, is joined on the third team by Catherine White (Cornell), Liza Ryabkina (Harvard), Sasha Nanji (Dartmouth), Leanna Coskren (Harvard) and Victoria Vigilanti (Quinnipiac).

"Kelly had a tremendous season thanks to a great work ethic," said St. Lawrence head coach Chris Wells.  "She is listed amongst some of the most talented players in the country, and she is very deserving of this honor."

Members of ECAC Hockey's First Team included Quinnipiac's Kelly Babstock (Quinnipiac), Yale's Jackee Snikeris and Cornell's Rebecca Johnston, Brianne Jenner, Laura Fortino and Lauriane Rougeau.  The second team was comprised of Harvard's Jillian Dempsey and Josephine Pucci, Princeton's Sasha Sherry and Rachel Weber, Dartmouth's Kelly Foley and Cornell's Chelsea Karpenko.
