Michael Fox won the 800 meters, Brian Kane was second in the high jump and the 4x100 relay team finished second to highlight St. Lawrence University's men's track team's performance in the Cortland Invitational on Saturday.

Fox ran 1:56.11, edging teammate Chris Funch by 2.13 seconds in the 45-runner field in the 800 with Andrew Goodwin finishing sixth and Josh LeBlanc eighth in the same race. Kane jumped 1.88 meters to edge teammate Mike Scott, who also cleared  1.88 on attempts in the high jump and the 4x100 team of Adrian Wilson, Andy Fisher, Jon Mellinger and Jarell Roberts ran 45.03.

Other top finishes for the Saints on Saturday included a third in 11.05 in the 100 by Roberts with Fisher finishing fifth and Wilson sefenth, a fourth by Fisher with Wilson eighth in the 200 meters, a third in 3:27.69 by the team of Fox, Mellinger, Fisher and Funch in the 4x400 and a fourth by Edbiko Elyse in the shot put.

Jake Fredericks was third in the decathalon, Roberts was seventh and Lief Frymire was 10th in the 400, Justin Spalik was seventh and Mellinger was eighth in the 400 hurdles, Kane was seventh in the triple jump and A.J. Blaidsdell was eighth in the discus.
