The St. Lawrence University men's and women's swimming and diving teams had eight swimmers qualify for finals in the prelims of day 3 at the UNYSCSA Championships hosted by Nazareth College.
In the men's competition, senior Rob Sibley advanced to the 100 breast finals while sophomore Jason Dutra advanced to the 100 back finals.
In the women's competition, first-year student Katharina Weidhausser and sophomore Maria Anselmi both advanced in the 200 fly. Sophomore Casey Abribat and junior Brynn Hagen advanced in the 100 back, while senior Hannah Grimes and first-year student Elizabeth Canne advanced in the 100 breast.
