(Bethpage, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton softball team dropped two games to Briarcliffe College losing 8-0 and 14-1 and also lost at St. Joseph’s College in Brooklyn 10-2 on Saturday.
Against St. Joseph’s freshman Jena Cryderman (Madrid, N.Y.) went 1-for-2 with a triple and a run scored. Junior Heather Lottie (Canton, N.Y.) added a double and junior Jessica Measheaw (Hammond, N.Y.) struck out two batters and surrendered nine hits in 4 2/3 innings.
The Roos return to the diamond on Tuesday, April 10 with a twin bill at SUNY Potsdam.
