More than 300 people participated in the 22nd annual Hobble Gobble Prediction Walk/Run at West Potsdam on Saturday.

After 21 years as director of the Hobble Gobble event, Derry Loucks ran in the race himself for the first time.

Jacqueline Bill took over as the new director this year.

All proceeds from the event go to the Potsdam Holiday Fund and other charities, including local food pantries.

As a major fundraiser for the Potsdam Holiday Fund, it provides food, warm clothes, toys and books to hundreds of disadvantaged families in Potsdam, Madrid, Hopkinton, Nicholville, Brasher Falls, Chase Mills, Fort Jackson, West Stockholm and Winthrop. NCNow photos by Cheryl Shumway.
