CANTON – The first of four Frozen Foote races will be held Dec. 9. Registration will take place on race day in the Newell Field House atrium on the St. Lawrence University campus in Canton.

Each race is held on the second Saturday of the month. Race dates are Dec. 9, Jan. 13, Feb. 10, and March 9.

Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. with a starting time of 10:30 a.m. Race fee will be $10 for the series and $4 for an individual race. Walkers are encouraged to begin early so everyone is off the course before noon.

Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate. This is a 4 mile out-and-back route along Miner Street Road. Those who complete at least 3 of the 4 of the events will receive a long-sleeved T-shirt. You must record your shirt size when registering in January and February and be present in March to pick up your shirt.
