Coleman had an historic season for the Golden Knights in 2011-12, setting a Clarkson single-season field-goal percentage record by shooting 64.1 percent from the floor, which ranked third in the nation.
He also was among the national leaders in assist-to-turnover ratio with a 2.34-1 mark, which was 24th overall in the country.
Coleman, also named Liberty League Rookie of the Year, ranked in the league’s top 10 in scoring average (13.5 ppg), field goals made (157), rebounds (7.3 rpg), field-goal percentage (64.1%), assists (3.3 apg), steals (1.5 spg), blocks (0.7 bpg), assist-to-turnover ratio (2.34) and offensive rebounds (3.8 orpg). He finished in the top three in the league in five of those categories, topping a pair of the lists.
Right now, Coleman is playing shortstop for the Clarkson baseball team, leading in RBIs, with 11, and hitting .410.
