POTSDAM -- The Clarkson University Athletic Department has hired Jennifer Wild as assistant coach of the Golden Knights' Alpine Ski team.
A 2002 graduate of the University of Sydney, Wild initially spent two years at Rollins College (Orlando, FL) before studying abroad her final two years in Australia.
An internationally certified fitness instructor, Wild most recently functioned as a strength and conditioning coach at Net Fit in Auckland, New Zealand for two years and also was an assistant coach at Under Strength Dynamics. Additionally, Wild was the founding director of Paleogenics N.Z where she developed a nutrition program for athletes.
Wild, a native of Potsdam, was a nationally-ranked water skier and competed in the sport at Rollins College.
She also played hockey while in Australia and has extensive alpine ski experience.
