STOCKHOLM -- A Winthrop man was charged Nov. 15 stemming from a larceny complaint made to state police on Aug. 4.
Lawrence P. Leashomb, 41, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 11:50 a.m., officers said.
He was cited and released.
