POTSDAM — A Winthrop man was charged with failure to obey a police officer during a traffic stop last month, according to village police.
Russell F. Dendler, 33, was charged with failure to obey a police officer, reckless driving, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone, officers said.
Dendler was also cited for improper plates, improper signal, moving from a lan unsafely, operating out of class, driving to left of pavement markings, and driving in center lane, officers said.
He was charged Wednesday and the incident took place Aug. 28, police said.
Dendler was cited and released.
