MASSENA -- A North Carolina resident was charged Wednesday night following a weapon investigation, according to state police.
Ariel U. Sosa Martir, 47, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 8:26 p.m., police said.
The arrest status for Martir was not made public.
