WADDINGTON — A Waddington resident was charged with selling alcohol to a minor Monday, according to state police.
James A. Miller, 25, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage at 1:30 p.m., officers said.
The alleged incident was reported to troopers May 27.
He was cited and released.
