POTSDAM -- Village police say they cited two drivers on Sunday:
• Logan Decarr, 27, of Potsdam was charged with speeding, no registration, improper plates and no insurance at 1:55 a.m. on Sandstone Drive.
• Mara Jerome, 28, of Potsdam was charged with speeding at 1:55 a.m. on Sandstone Drive.
Police say they were both ticketed and released.
