Troopers charge five with unrelated counts in Chase Mills, Fine, Waddington, Gouverneur

State troopers say they recently charged the following people in unrelated incidents:

• Brenda L. Brady, 51, of Chase Mills was charged with second-degree harassment at 6 p.m. Wednesday on county Route 14 in Louisville and was released with an appearance ticket.

• Conse E. Vecchio, 40, of Glen Allen, Va. was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 4:42 p.m. Saturday on state Route 3 in Fine. He was arraigned in court and released on his own recognizance, police said.

• Fern R. Larue, 46, of Ogdensburg was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 4 p.m. Tuesday on county Route 28 in Waddington. Later the same day, she was charged with a felony count of first-degree criminal contempt. She held pending court action, police said.

• Danyelle M. McAdam, 39, and Patrick T. Rue, 55, both of Gouverneur were each charged with second-degree harassment shortly before 6 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 11. They were released with appearance tickets, troopers said.
