MALONE — A Brasher Falls man was charged with grand larceny following an incident at the Malone Wal-Mart on Nov. 11, according to State Police.
Jordan R. King, 27, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after troopers responded to the Malone Walmart at 3:06 p.m., police say.
According to police, King entered the store and stole merchandise valued at $1099.72 by passing all points of purchase without paying.
Police allege King was confronted about not paying for the items and fled to his vehicle, leaving the scene.
King was arrested at his residence and transported to SP Malone for processing.
He was arraigned in Malone town court and released on his own recognizance.
King is set to appear in court again on Dec. 15.
