LISBON — An Ogdensburg man was charged with drug possession Sunday afternoon, according to state police.
Derick J. Dawley, 37, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 4:10 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released.
OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg man was charged with drug possession following a trespassing complaint Sunday afternoon, according to state police.
Lee A. Loffler, 38, was charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
He was cited and released.
